Created together with members of the legendary Ragni di Lecco group – experts in groundbreaking alpine ascents and scrumptious Northern Italian cuisine.
Straight from the mountainous Valtellina valley in Lombardy, this hearty dish boldly combines ingredients that might seem like an unlikely match at first glance, but once you try it, you’ll know they simply belong together. Wheat–buckwheat pasta, cabbage, and potatoes, bathed in a mouthwatering sauce of melted butter with sage and garlic, a pinch of Parmesan, and Latteria Grignolo aged cheese, made from milk produced in nearby Valsassina and used in the region’s traditional mountain cuisine. Resist it if you can. We dare you.
Pizzoccheri by Ragni di Lecco is the fifth dish from a special menu of meals developed in collaboration with our brand ambassadors. The project "Let's cook something up together" received The OutDoor Industry Award 2017.
